Distorted Pictures is a London-based independent film production company dedicated to bold, provocative, and unflinching storytelling. We specialise in raw, gritty narratives that blend realism with emotional depth and refuse to play it safe.

We call ourselves Distorted Pictures because we deliberately distort reality to reveal its unfiltered truth — shattering illusions, amplifying hidden layers, and exposing the raw beauty and chaos of human experience.

From the streets of London to locations in Spain and beyond, our work spans acclaimed short films and features. Our sharp comedy short Off It (2017) marked our early voice, while our debut feature Ibiza Dark (2024), directed by Israr Azam and co-produced with Trellick Films, takes viewers from London’s underworld to Ibiza’s deceptive paradise. The film is now streaming on Amazon Prime Video and other major platforms worldwide.

Independent in spirit and fearless in approach, we create envelope-pushing cinema that confronts, provokes, and sparks conversation. At Distorted Pictures, we tell stories that matter — stories that cut deep and linger.
